Your dietary profile and personal data belong to you. This article explains what control you have over them.
You are in control
Your dietary profile, scan history, and account information are protected and used only to provide the service to you.
You can do the following at any time from the Privacy settings in the app:
- Export your data. Download a copy of your information.
- Delete your account. This removes your account and the data associated with it.
Reading more about privacy
The app includes a Privacy Policy that explains in full what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights. You can find it inside the app or from the sign-in screen.
A plain-language summary of what data is collected is also available in the app so you do not have to read legal text to understand the basics.

- AlignEat does not sell your dietary profile or personal data to third parties.
- If you have questions or a specific request about your data, contact the support team. Details are in the Contact support article.
- Deleting your account is permanent. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
